Two month old AC200 P wont turn on. I get the green circle and thats it. I have sent four different videos to Bluetti, and have had 3 phone calls over the last week and a half. I havent heard from anyone in 5 days about a warranty claim and I am starting to get pissed!! Any ideas of how to get them to stand behind their product?
