I have a mid 2020 (8/7/2020) AC200. I need a battery assembly and bottom of case/ lower plate with mounting screws for it to work again. These parts were damaged.
I tried Bluetti customer service, but they don’t have the parts available.
Anyone have one they want to part out - or know where I could get these.

You searching for a new AC200 case and a new internal battery? Or what exactly you asking us. Sorry, i dont understand your question 100%.
Bluetti dont provide any single parts. No cases or single battery cells.

You probably need another damaged AC200 to salvage
needed parts. Bluetti in the U.S. does not sell parts, only complete units from the manufacturer, PowerOak in China. Put out messages on different social and technical media to ask.

More specific: a damaged AC200 unit that has bad electronics, but with a battery and bus bar that are good. This would work perfectly for me.
