What happened to the unit covers and cable bags. I have 2 units with no covers and one unit did not even include the bag for cables. Does anyone know where to find them. I don’t see them at the bluetti store.

The covers were only a crowdfunding perk and only one run of the AC200P had the small cable bag to my knowledge. I have never seen them offered as an accessory. You may want to try contacting bluetti sales and see if they have any left they could sent to you.
My AC200Max came with a pouch to store the charger and the included cables. But this is the EU model, since I am based in the Netherlands.
