@BLUETTI_CARE I have the same grid issue here in Ukraine with Premium 100 V2. Is there any firmware fix for that?
Hi @MishaUA, Yes, we have also developed new firmware for the Premium 100 V2 to fix this issue.
If you need to upgrade, please provide your device’s SN code and current firmware version so we can process the update for you.

Please enable Grid Self-adaption and adjust the parameters according to your actual conditions. Hope this helps.
