AC180P upgrade request for auto restore AC/DC after power restore

@BLUETTI @Tony_MVP
I have added request for the app widget with full description, let’s continue related discussion there:

Hello!

Thank you for your patience! We have noted your request for an Android widget. We will seriously consider your suggestions, particularly regarding the display of current battery level (SOC), current status (AC/DC), grid availability, and a small icon indicating charging/discharging status.

We understand your concerns about displaying the current discharge power in real-time and will ensure that our design focuses on the information that matters most to users.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. If you have any further suggestions or needs, please feel free to reach out.

@BLUETTI_CARE it’s been a while, so is there any update from R&D team about System Recovery for AC2P?

Hi @Dmitro_L, I am sorry we do not have good news to share. Our R&D department has recently been occupied with upgrading the app functions, so it is currently unable to develop the firmware for AC2A.

@BLUETTI_CARE did you mean for AC2P?

Я хочу получить новую прошивку для своей AC180P

DSP v.2088.03

BMS v.1039.01

Hi @Dmitro_L, yes, the AC2A and the AC2P have the same firmware.

Hi @RayBradbary, I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department per your request. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

AC180P2349000731658
ARM v.2089.04
DSP v.2088.03
BMS v.1039.01

Hi @moni, your ARM firmware is already up to date – simply update the app to the latest version to enable the System Switch Recovery function.

Please note that the AC output will only activate when the battery’s level is more than 5%.

  1. When grid power is available, the output settings will resume as soon as the battery reaches 5%.
  2. When grid power is unavailable, the output settings will only resume if the battery reaches 5% and the output has remained off for at least 30 minutes.

Additionally, if your Bluetti app has been updated to version 2.3.10, you’ll need to input the password 88888888 to enable this feature.

Hi @alexsav, thank you for contacting us.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.

Are you sure that I have latest version? Cuz you pushed new version to RayBradbary and he or she had same version with me

Hi @moni, as far as I know, your requirement is to enable the System Switch Recovery function, is that correct? For this, there is no need to push any firmware to your device, as your current ARM version already supports this feature – simply upgrading the app will suffice.
RayBradbary’s request was for the latest firmware push, so we have sent DSP v2088.04 to his device accordingly.

Yeah, just upgrade my firmware to latest (want to have all new fixes). SSR is already on a board :+1:

Hi @alexsav, we have forwarded this to the technical team and requested them to push the update again.
However, your current firmware version is already quite recent. If you upgrade to the newly released app, does the System Switch Recovery function option appear? We look forward to your feedback.
