Hi @Tezzabee, Yes, we have received the message you sent yesterday. We already requested the new firmware for you yesterday.
However, we apologize, as the engineers informed us that the new firmware is currently only available for certain batches of the AC70P. The new firmware for the AC70 has not yet been fully tested, so it may take some more time.
We have urged the product development team to push the firmware to you separately. We have received a response, and they said they can push the firmware to you. However, the firmware is still not fully mature, and once pushed, this feature cannot be turned off. Do you agree with this? This could potentially create certain risks. For example, if you’re boiling water before a power outage, enabling this feature would allow it to continue boiling when power is restored, without needing to be manually turned on, which may result in an unmonitored situation. Once confirmed, we will push it to your AC70.

I am mainly using the AC70 to run a fridge, so I think the facility would be more beneficial than risky to me.
When you say the firmware is not ‘fully mature’ though, do you mean it is not yet fully tested? Please could you clarify that as I wouldn’t want any issues with my AC70.

Our test team has tested the firmware internally, but the accompanying app service is not yet complete. As a result, it is not possible to disable this feature through the app.
Since it is only powering a refrigerator, we believe this does not pose any risk.

@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you! That is great to hear, and sorry if I was too harsh earlier.
When you say, this cannot be controlled via app, do you mean, AC&DC will always be ON after power restored, or it will always be in same state as it was when station turned off due to disgarging to 0?
Do you plan to have the option to switch between this behaviour and current one (always OFF)? As for me, I can wait for when it’s fully implemented, if it will be in nearest 1-2 months, or what are your estimations?

Hi @snmya, Thank you for your attention to Bluetti.
The new firmware will automatically enable this feature.
Once the feature is activated, it will remember the AC/DC switch settings when the SOC drops to 0%.
When power is restored and the SOC reaches 5%, the settings will automatically revert to the previously remembered switch state.
Please note that when the AC power source is connected, the output settings will be restored immediately once the SOC reaches 5%. Without AC input, the settings will enable only restoration after the SOC reaches 5% and remains stable for 30 minutes.
Currently, this feature is tied to the new firmware, meaning the memory function can only be enabled and cannot be turned off via the app. At this time, we do not have a plan for app integration and cannot provide a definitive timeline.

Я хочу получить новую прошивку для своей AC200pl
Но у меня ещё возникла проблема с работой вентилятора
В режиме UPS cactom, когда станция работает от АКБ,но включен в сеть GRID, вентилятор работает всё время при нагрузке 120-150Вт
Если в этом же режиме,но только от сети(без АКБ) вообще не работает вентилятор.
А если отключить сеть то работает периодически.
Как и в стандартном режиме ups
Помогите решить проблему

I see that you posted below that at the moment it is not proposed to enable this feature to be turned on and off via the app. I would really prefer to be able to do that, especially for the AC180P which is used for other things than a fridge. Is it that it would be too difficult to make this feature turn on / off in the app?

Turning this feature on and off in the AC180P app doesn’t difficult, but for new customers, it does require some learning and adaptation.
Hi @Pletenets, We believe this is a normal phenomenon.
The fan on the AC200PL operates under the following conditions:
- Charging/Discharging Power: When the charging or discharging power reaches a certain threshold, the fan will start.
- Internal Temperature: When the internal temperature of the AC200PL reaches a certain level, the fan will also start. As the temperature decreases, the fan will stop.
Additionally, each time the unit is powered on, the fan will briefly run as part of the self-test.
When only the grid bypass load is used, the power station itself doesn’t output, so the internal temperature doesn’t get too high, and therefore, the fan doesn’t automatically turn on. This does not affect usage and will not cause the machine to overheat.

Дело в том что я специально долгое время наблюдал за работой вентилятора.
Когда розряд идёт только от АКБ, всё верно,вентилятор периодически включается и отключается,это нормально.
Это и в режиме ups cactom и ups standard,это всё работает хорошо,по мере нагрева вентилятор включается и отключается.
Но когда в режиме ups cactom идёт розряд от батареи,но включаю просто станцию в сеть,вентилятор работает без перерыва, постоянно,он не выключается вообще никогда,при том станция холодная и это не зависит от нагрузки.
При одинаковой нагрузке, Я отключаю станцию от сети и вентилятор отключается,включаю в сеть и он постоянно работает,розряд так же идёт от станции,заряда нет.
Я просил сдесь snmya,у него тоже станция ac200pl, он включал такой режим и у него вентилятор не работал.
Но у него насколько я понял какая то другая прошивка по работе вентилятора.
Хотя всё номера прошивок у нас одинаковые.
Может можно и мне такую прошивку?
Прошу помочь,так как я постоянно использую режим ups cactom и постоянная работа вентилятора для меня негативная,мне приходится отключать станцию от сети и следить когда батарея розрядится до 10%,потом включать ее в сеть.
Возможно в прошивке в этом режиме есть какая то проблема,недоработка?

We believe that enabling and disabling this feature on the AC70 through an app would necessitate the creation of a separate, new version of the app. We consider this process to be quite cumbersome and time-consuming.
If you don’t mind, we could push the update to you for testing. If you find it unsatisfactory after testing, you also have the option to revert to the original firmware.

Currently, we don’t have firmware that allows control over the fan.
However, if you don’t mind, we can try upgrading your firmware to the latest version. This might help, but we cannot guarantee it. Please provide your SN code and the current firmware version.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we may need to contact customer support to arrange a replacement.
