Hi @smidjit, we would like to know more specific details.
Has the AC180 reported any errors? If so, please inform us of the specific error code. Currently, we only have firmware aimed at error code E013. If that’s the case, we will push it to you.

Hi @smidjit, Regarding the E005 error issue, we currently do not have a new firmware update to fix it.
We recommend that you remove the load and then restart the device. If the problem still cannot be resolved, it will be necessary to arrange for warranty service.

Hi thank you for asking. We have had a remarkable stretch of stable power. I have all 3 of them plugged into mains hoping for some on/off behavior from the grid. So far, they’re all staying up with no issues. I will certainly let you know if something happens after the firmware updates. We will most certainly get unstable grid behavior soon enough. For now, everything is great. Please thank the engineers for asking what the status is.
