I recently purchased an Ac180 and charger1 for my van. The battery will not charge on DC only on AC . The charger1 is outputting 56.7v but will not register a charge on the battery The app shows power transfer to battery but not beyond any suggestion would be useful. I might add that I am in southern Ontario Canada. A location for a service rep would also help
Hi @Sirrobert38, Could you please click on the DC input icon of the AC180 to check the specific input voltage?
We’d like to know the battery level of the AC180 during charging. If it’s about to be fully charged, it may stop charging automatically.
Additionally, it would be greatly helpful if you can record a video of the charging process using Charger 1, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us. This will assist us in identifying the issue.
