Thank you for replying. I just checked upgrade my firmware and no new firmware was available. Can you please push the upgrade again? The eb3a just had another power glitch that shutdown my NAS over the weekend. The power glitch issue is becoming more frequent. If we roll back to the prior DSP (noted as .99) that would be worth a try.

We have checked with our technical team regarding this issue. They informed us that your original firmware version is too old and can no longer be found. Therefore, rolling back to the original firmware is not possible.
I’m afraid you will need to contact customer service to arrange warranty service to resolve the problem.
