AC MAX Display don´t turn off

Hello, after connected to bluetooth, the display no longer turns off and is on the brightest level. I can’t do anything either…

@Floh Are you referring to the AC200MAX?
If you could describe the problem more specifically, It will be easier for our @BLUETTI_CARE team to assist you better.

@Floh Does AC200MAX power your device normally? And can you turn on/off AC and DC via APP?
