I have had my AC300 since April. It stopped working two days ago and keeps sending alarm codes 10, 090. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone BLUETTI. I bought 3 more batteries in August, but now I can’t do anything. Any suggestions? Also I can still charge batteries to 100%.

Based on your problem, we have the following suggestions.
- Reboot the machine.
- Don’t take any loads to see if the errors are reported.
If it still reports those two errors, you will have to contact the support department and register it for return to the factory for repairing.

I have rebooted and tested with no loads. I have tried to contact customer service but no answer. Is there a different telephone number in the US? Thanks
