6-month-old AC200P will not boot up

My AC200P is no longer booting up even after being connected to the AC adapter or DC charger for many hours. The green light ring comes on, then blinks a few times and shuts off. The issue just started today. I have emailed service@bluettipower.com but have received no response.

I need this unit for off-grid power and will not be able to send it in and wait a month for a replacement. My hope is that there is a fix for this issue.

Can you try to reboot again? If the machine is still not responding, this will require contacting support to return it or return for repair.
If the machine still does not work, can you provide me with your order number? I can have support prioritize your email.
