2 New AC300 Not Charging from Wall

Hello, just received 2 AC300 (awaiting 2 B300 still out there in the ether) and they were completely discharged.

I get the green power light and the menu works, but there’s no charging activity.
Any suggestions?
I already have placed a call to tech support.

The AC300 does not have a built-in battery (like the smaller Bluetti units), so if you have not received the B300 yet, you cannot charge.
