New Bluetti user, with the unit fully charged I plugged in a chest freezer. It ran for about 5 minutes and then showed this fault code. “Eeprom Read_Write Error”. I have unplugged the freezer, cleared the fault, turned off the Bluetti. Now when turned back on, fault is still present and you cannot turn the AC or DC output back on. Everything else on the touchscreen seems to be functioning. The Bluetti was plugged into solar panels when this occurred, but no other faults show.
