Just received my AC2000MAX. The first launch with AC ON and it show 017 - inverter start fault. Brand-new!
I ordered it with delivery to Italy (where a friend of mine is living) and from there to Ukraine. Did anyone face such kind of problem. I suppose some harnesses of inverter not properly connected. Any recommendations for such case?
Hi @Modus , Regarding the AC200MAX alarm 017 when you turn on the AC, please click the clear alarm command or restart the machine and then execute the AC power on.
If the problem still exists, please contact the support department and provide the machine fault picture and serial number for further processing.
