Won't Turn On

Our EB3A #EB3A2338005816042 off turns often at 49% or 75% charge. It won’t turn back on until the unit’s AC charging cord is plugged into the wall outlet. We have previously updated the firmware for other problems. Hopefully you can help us.

Hi @Johnny66, Thank you for the update. We have consulted our technical department, and they informed us that your firmware is already up to date.
Would recalibration help resolve the issue? Please do not connect any loads during the charging process, and test car charging and solar charging separately.
If this still does not work, you will need to contact customer service to arrange warranty service.
