  1. You need to have an iPhone 8 or later to support wireless charging.
  2. Turn on the DC output of the machine.
  3. Place your iPhone on the wireless charging pad to charge the phone.

Welcome to the forum @bluetti_eaaquinocomcastnet !!

As Bluetti suggested, make sure your phone is first compatible to be wirelessly charged, and then press the DC button to turn on the DC outputs. I would then recommend taking your phone out of any case you might have on it, and then line it up ontop of the unit. It should start charging.
Cheers!

Ok… have done everything requested. And yes iPhone & iPad are both compatible. Unfortunately the charging system is still not working! Or I am doing something wrong! Still a newbie at this! My Bluetti is a AC300 3000w system with two B300 3072wh batteries! Any idea of what I’m doing wrong. BTW I’m an Apple Senior Tech. So…. Yes I know devices are compatible. Kinda funny I I’m stupid when it comes to this! :joy::rofl:
