Why does my Apex300 when charging from a 50amp/240v outlet only use 120v?

I’ve noticed that when charging my Apex300 from a 50amp 240v outlet, it only charges from one leg of the 240 volts. My outlet is properly wired, no problems with it, I’m using the 50amp 240v charging cord from Bluetti.

It also only shows power on one leg on the app, see attached screenshot.

Is there a setting for this?

Is this how it is supposed to work?

Is my unit possibly defective?

I want to be able to use pass through charging with my generator, will I get the full 240v from my generator this way?

Do you have power switch set to 102v or 240v

It is set to120 volts output.

Does it need to be set to 240 volt to charge using 240 volts?

I think you need to set on 240V. When set at 120V it acts like 120V system and does not recognize the 240V. I’m not positive because I have never charged mine with 240V yet. It will not hurt it.
