Hi, I have recently purchased an AC200P which is my first Bluetti product. I want to charge the device from my cigarette lighter in my electric van. Can someone advise me on the cable I need to purchase? A link would be useful. I used the Bluetti phone and helpline but have not received an anawer from them. Regrards, Grant
There should have been an included car charging cable when you purchased the unit. You will only be able to receive approx. 100 watts of charging input though.
Thanks for the reply Scott-Benson. I have all the correct cables, cigarette lighter to xt90 the xt90 to the aviation plug. The problem is that the aviation plug does not fit into the 2 pin input on the ac200. The input into the unit has 3 grooves that makes it impossible to fit. It is a rfurbished ac200 but I doubt this socket would be changed. Any ideas? I contacted Bleuitti support and they gave the same answer as you.

How about you send a close up pick of the cable connector end and the Power Station connector end so one of us may be able to identify if the cable is correct. If your aviation cable connector is not attaching, I assume you can’t solar charge as well.
Hi Scott amazing idea. Please see images of plug and socket. It looks like I can only send one at a time, so will be in 3 messages.

The cable pictured is for the old school AC200 and AC200. I looks the the machine you have is the AC200 Max that has The blue plastic screw on connector. The cable you need is the one showing for the AC 200 max in the Bluetti accessory area. If you contact Customer Service and tell them you got the wrong cable you need the cable with the blue plastic screw on connectors they should be able to hook you up. I suppose it is possible when your machine was refurbed not the issue it was sent in for was a damage input socket and they replaced it with the latest style which is the blue screw on type. If that is the issue they failed to swap out for the correct input cable when that occurred
Hi Scott, thank you very much for your help. It is indeed the wrong cable and Bluetti say they will send out a new and correct cable "soon.
Thanks again for your time
