Has anyone tested charging the EP500 and/or EP500Pro with a Westinghouse WGen series (specifically WGen5300) generator? I know it is not an inverter generator but the voltage fluctuations are technically within spec for EP500 AC input. I’m trying to get a setup that automatically turns on the gas generator if the Bluetti runs down which Westinghouse supports OOTB with the ST Switch. But before buying the generator was hoping someone else had tested the compatibility with Bluetti EP series.
Westinghouse’s gas generators are compatible with both the EP500/PRO.
If problems arise during use, you can provide the SN of the EP500/PRO and our techs will push you an optimized firmware for the problem.
