Voltage output changed AC200Max

My AC 200 Max was running fine until I noticed indicator light flashing on my freezer. After investigating I found the voltage had changed from 120v to 100v…anybody had this problem. I had to shut everything down and reboot and was finally able to get it back to 120V .

  1. What was the remaining SOC (State of Charge) of the AC200MAX when the issue occurred? What was the ambient temperature at the time?
  2. What is the power rating of the freezer? We consider the freezer might have switched operational states, causing a power surge and a sudden increase in current, which could have lowered the output voltage.
  3. Was the AC200MAX charging and in UPS mode? In UPS mode, if the grid voltage is too low, it may result in low device voltage.
