Voltage on Nuetral

Anyone have an issue like this? I have a AC500. I was powering my trailer with my bluetti and noticed voltage on a wire even when the breaker was off. I unplugged everything from the bluetti, and although I’m getting 120v from hot to neutral but I’m getting 50-60 volts from neutral to ground and from hot to ground. I plugged in the trailer and got the same at the receptacles.

Hello, this is normal. It’s common to detect some voltage between the neutral and ground wires, which is due to the floating neutral design used in Bluetti power stations. We recommend grounding the machine and retesting. For models with UPS mode (except for the Japanese version), you can connect to the grid for verification. Normally, for US models, you should see 120V between L and N, 120V between L and G, and 0V between N and G after grounding.
