Hello! We bought an AC180 a year or so ago as a backup power source for our son’s bipap. He now requires a ventilator, which apparently has about 9 hors of battery backup built in. We live in north Georgia and are have potential power loss this weekend from ice storms. I also have a Cummins P2500i inverter generator. My question is, how is the most efficient way to use the equipment we have? Should we separate the vent power input from the AC180 and run it through the night then reconnect to the AC180 or leave it plugged in as usual and recharge with the generator during the day? This is a lot of new learning curves all at once and any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
