Having issues with my bluetooth on Elite 200. I have been able to connect twice to my v200 but it keeps disconnecting. I have gone through the menu multiple times, and on menu 6 I am turning bluetooth on.
When I get to main menu it does not display bluetooth LED.
When I go back into menu mode it shows bluetooth LED in every menu.
When I go back to main menu no LED?
My phone shows it paired.
When I try to connect in My devices it displays unit number but says it’s not found.
Have unbound removed from phone and rebound Sent to BE suupport but wondering if any have resolved this problem. Any help appreciated.

To help us investigate properly, would you mind sending us a private message with your unit’s SN number and current firmware version?
We would like to know if the WiFi connection is normal and whether the issue occurred just after upgrading the app.
Please note that the Bluetooth icon on the Elite 200 V2’s LED screen will only light up after a successful Bluetooth connection with your phone. If the connection is not successful, the icon will not light up even if the Bluetooth function is turned on.
Additionally, we would like to know whether the device can work normally when using Bluetooth direct connection instead of registration and binding.
We’ve already passed all these details along to our R&D team so they can look into it, and we’ll get back to you just as soon as we hear from them.
Update. I left the unit powered down overnight, and this morning it connected. And yes it appears the bluetooth indication only shows on the display when it is connected. Thank you all for your help. Bluetti Support thanks for your prompt response. This was an initial install . Firmware was v2172.10 and I updated this morning to v2172.13 and after update appears to be working OK.

I have a similar issue. My phone’s app does not connect to the Elite 200 v2 by bluetooth after a few days. I have to power down the unit and then power up and it will connect with bluetooth.
I have wifi turned off.
