Dear Bluetti Support Team,
I am experiencing a serious and ongoing issue with my Bluetti AC180, S/N AC1802524000117598.
I am located in Ukraine and purchased this power station for emergency backup power in my apartment. Reliable operation is critically important for my safety.
The problem occurs on the AC output. Even under low load, the unit shows an OVERLOAD error. After rebooting the system (turning it off and on), it powers on for about 3-4 seconds and then displays a SHORT error. In the Bluetti app, error code E012 is shown.
Previously, the issue was temporarily resolved once by connecting the station to the city grid and charging it. However, now even charging from the AC grid does not restore normal AC operation. The AC output remains non-functional.

- DC output works normally.
- The Bluetti app shows error E012.

This situation is extremely critical for me. When the AC output of my Bluetti station is not working, I lose communication and cannot reliably receive air raid alerts, which are essential for knowing when to go to a shelter.
Please advise urgently on what could be causing this issue and what steps I should take next. If required, I am ready to provide additional logs, perform diagnostics, or follow any troubleshooting instructions.
