I just received my AC70P and it’s showing E114 and E115 errors with an alarm and grid on the main screen.
I’ve already updated the firmware, enabled silent charging mode, and adapted it to low voltages.
I bought it to use at an event tomorrow and I urgently need a solution. I’m from Brazil.

Hello,
Please follow these steps to check your device:
- Check in the APP to ensure the firmware version is up to date.
- In the APP’s “Advanced Settings,” enable the grid adaptive mode.
- Try setting the charging mode to silent mode.
- If using a wall charger and you’ve confirmed steps 1-3 but still cannot charge, please provide your SN code and DSP firmware information so that our technical team can push the firmware to you.
- If you are using another inverter (like EcoFlow) or a generator to charge the AC70, please check if the wall charger can charge normally. If the wall charger works, it may be that the inverter or generator output voltage or frequency is unstable and exceeds our device’s input range. Please provide the SN code and firmware information to feedback to our technical team; you can find the SN in the APP settings page and the firmware information in the “Firmware Upgrade” page.
- If you still cannot charge after trying the above:
- Please long press the AC ON and DC ON buttons to enter the settings interface, then long press the DC ON button until you reach the VE interface to check if the current calibration voltage corresponds to your region (e.g., 120 corresponds to 120V in the USA). If it does not match, please contact our technical team.
- Please click the AC input icon in the APP to enter the AC input interface, record a video, and then contact our technical team.
