UPS Mode on Screen on first charge EB3A

On my first charge of my EB3A, I see UPS Mode blinking on my screen.
My EB3A only charges when I plug it in my EB150 via the (input 220-240/VAC/4AMax) but when I plug it with the same port to the power grid, it doesn’t charge. It only shows (UPS Mode) on the screen

It appears that you have the frequency set to 60 htz and I suspect you are in a country that operates at 50 htz. If that is the case, you need to change the frequency setting to 50 htz. to match your country grid htz. spec. What is your electrical grid frequency for your country?

hi, thanks for the feedback, but I don’t know how to change the frequency to 50hz, do you know how to?

I just checked and I realized my country is 50hz.

The manual shows what buttons to use to change from 60hz to 50hz

I changed it but it stays the same when I connect it to the power grid

@boshiame did you turn on AC and load some devices to test? Also, please upgrade the APP to the latest version.

AC was turned off, it only shows UPS mode anytime I want to plug it directly to the power grid to charge. My EB3A only charges when I plug it in to my EB55

@boshiame Please provide me with the SN and the firmware version of the EB3A, then I will push a firmware for you to test.

here it is

@boshiame Sorry for my late reply. Please provide me with the SN as well. Thank you.

is it here?

@boshiame No. You can check the SN on the APP. For your problem, UPS flashing is most likely because the power grid is too weak.

@boshiame I think it is not the problem of the firmware. It is most likely because the power grid is too weak.

What do you think I should do now?
