@kozhushko8 There is currently no firmware update based on what you mentioned.
Can you please tell me what specific problem you are encountering? If the AC60P is not functioning properly, you can directly @ our @BLUETTI_CARE team, and we will assist you further.
Hi. @BLUETTI
AC60P2339000232296
ARM - v2128.01
DSP - v2127.02
I have following issue.
At random times when I’m using it as UPS I’m getting ‘short’ error message on display and AC stops working. When I go into app I see Error E013 (Grid Relay Failure)
ECO is disabled.
Load is around 100w.
I enabled Grid Self-adaption. But it doesn’t help.
Hi @BohdanS, Regarding this issue, we would like to confirm whether you have already updated all the firmware to the latest version.
We suggest you try to set the silent charging mode. Does that make a difference?
If it still doesn’t work, could you record a video of the AC charging process? We will then analyze it.
Hi,
Yes I’m using latest firmware version. Also it was on silent charging mode.
Seems like I found what was the issue. It was my old outlet power strip. Once I removed it everything is working as expected. 5 days in a row and 0 errors.
Thanks

I have a problem similar to BohdanS - the “SHORT” error appears at a random moment of time.
I tried the station above on different grids (two different flats) and it had the same problem on each of them.
Could you please push the latest update to my device? I’ve enabled “Grid Self-adaption” option and I want to observe its work for some time and understand if it works fine or not.
Thank you.
Hi @AlexV, We have verified that all your firmware versions are up to date. We’d like to confirm if you were running any equipment when the issue occurred, and what was the power rating of the load. After disconnecting the load and restarting, does the issue persist?
Could you also provide us with a photo of the specific error code you’re encountering?
Thank you for the answer.
There were 2 cases.
After restart there is no error for some time. I think the issue may be related to power surges. There is the only “BUT”. I have 2 identical (by model) power stations and only one of them has such behavior.
I sent this station for diagnostics to a retailer.
