Hi @WJS, We would like to know the specific model you mentioned.
Were there any error prompts in the app during this period?
Please confirm that you have correctly registered and bound the device and that you are using a Bluetooth connection.
If you could provide some screenshots of the upgrade process, it would be more helpful for us to troubleshoot the issue.

The Firmware gets downloaded on your smartphone and can be updatet offline by bluetooth. The only thing i dont know it, when this firmware gets downloaded.
So you may need to download the firmware in the background after connect the unit with bluetooth and checked for updates in the app.
If you dont have a mobile connection, this could be difficult, atleast i dont know another way then.

I’m guessing that when you have paired the unit, AC60P in this case, to your account, you can only update the firmware when logged into the account.
You can’t log into you account with no internet connection i think is the problem.
