Please send me a new update to the firmware. My unit sometimes shutoff for no reason, specially when the grid power shut off. I use it mainly for UPS mode and requires constant turned on.

Hi @Tezzabee, The DSP v208804 firmware for the AC180P addresses the issue where the unit would automatically shut down when fully charged or during sudden grid power interruptions. However, please note that this firmware can only be pushed to AC180P units with DSP versions starting with 2088.
For units with DSP versions starting with 2086 or 2126, there are corresponding firmware updates available, though the version names will differ.
If customers are not experiencing any issues during use, there is no need to upgrade.

Hi @BRiXX, Can you confirm you have turned off the ECO mode?
The ECO mode is an energy-saving feature that automatically turns off AC or DC output when there is no load or a small load to conserve power. Customers can enable or disable ECO mode through the app.
