How to update the firmware in AC200MAX? Who has a problem with the fact that the AC current is not turned on from the display. I connected via Bluetooth and did the update but it didn’t help. Perhaps Bluetti can send the firmware to update?
The 200MAX, is similar to my AC200P, it has a touch screen only and does not connect to the App.
Other power stations I have, AC70, AC180, Elite 100 all have Bluetooth App connect.
The process is that, using a mobile phone, a firmware update is downloaded via the App to the phone and then via bluetooth to the power station. (When the phone is internet connected)
Firmware updates for non bluetooth power stations are not available, as there is no user method of installing one.
If your touch screen is not working, you need to contact @Bluetti Support

Hi @sashok1985, Yes, we do have a firmware that can improve the issue of being unable to turn on AC/DC via the touch screen.
Please let us know the SN code of your AC200MAX and its current firmware version, and then we will check if there is a suitable new firmware available.
