It’s not possible to update the EP600 with the App since I installed it in August 2023.
With android the menu subpoint ‘Version’ is not shown at all, neither in cloud or bluetooth mode. I checked with different phones and android versions.
In IOS the menu subpoint ‘Version’ is always there, but an update in bluetooth mode fails with an app crash after confirmation of ‘Battery has to be charged etc.’
Does anybody have the same problems.

I checked a few days ago the firmware version via bluetooth and my Android Phone, no problems, all versions are up to date.
Is your Batterie charged or is it under SOC minimum value?

@medilihha Firmware cannot be upgraded in cloud mode and Bluetooth direct connection. You may be able to see the new version, but the upgrade can only be successful through Bluetooth connection from the device list.
