Update: Customized Schedule blank

I have an AC240 and an AC200L. Just got the app update and as a result in the app under the Customized UPS working mode the schedule is now blank.

It is not possible to edit at all, not even by using the “bin” icon to delete or reset time. I connected via WIFI and also just Bluetooth.

I use the schedule on a daily basis! So this is a key feature that needs to fixed asap. @BLUETTI what can be done to get this corrected?

I would first check both your power stations Firmware is up to date via the App.
If an update is applied, turn off the power station and the App.
Then reboot the App and the power station and try again.

Hi @ElDude, This is a known issue, and we’re currently working on an urgent fix. Please update the app once the new version is released to resolve the problem.

@Mandp, appreciate the suggestion, I definitely checked firmware of the AC240 and AC200L once I saw the situation. No updates.

Hi @ElDude, we have already submitted the new app, but it is still under review by the platform.
We’re not sure how long the review process will take, but once the new app is successfully launched, we will send out a notification.

Update came through last night and fixed the issue. Thankyou @BLUETTI_CARE
