I would first check both your power stations Firmware is up to date via the App.
If an update is applied, turn off the power station and the App.
Then reboot the App and the power station and try again.

@BLUETTI_CARE thank you. Any timeframe for that fix? @Mandp, appreciate the suggestion, I definitely checked firmware of the AC240 and AC200L once I saw the situation. No updates.
