I want to upgrade my AC500 systems to the latest firmwares. The problem is that it is on a weekend house without internet . Can I upgrade the unit manually?
Do you have cell service at the house? If so then you can do the update, because you only need a bluetooth connection between your phone and the Bluetti, and if you can get cell data you will be able to download the update(s).

Same way as if you had wifi. You need to connect the Bluetti app via bluetooth to your AC500 (note: you can only do firmware updates via bluetooth). Keep a cell data connection active on your phone. Use the app to check for updates for your AC500, and use the app to do those updates. The app will download the updates via your cell data, and use the bluetooth connection to send the update to the AC500.

Log in to your account using the app, and after connecting the machine with your phone’s Bluetooth, any available firmware can be downloaded (the phone signal may be weak, but you can give it a try). Once the download is complete, you can proceed with the firmware update.
