Hello, I bought a new AC180 direct from Bluetti 10 days ago. Maybe it’s me, I downloaded the app from Playstore and could not connect to the unit. I tried every day doing the same things, even emailed the company but no answers. Tried the phone this morning and it connected. Saw that a new version is available but no way to acccess it. I am online and the app has a “sign out” bar so I am signed in so how can I update the unit? I’m new to this so need easy instructions please. Thanks for any help.
