Unbind device from account

Hi, @BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE please help me with unbinding my device from my account (in Bluetti app I have account with same email and user name)

I have 2 devices, the one that needs unbinding is EL100V22527007955628, other one should stay as is.

Please assist with this asap

Hello, the device shows as unbound. Could you please take a screenshot of the SN code of the device you wish to unbind?
