I finally found my serial number and registered my Elite 200 V2 but now it won’t pair with the blue tooth on my phone, so I am unable to use the Bluetti app. Anyone else have this problem?

When you mentioned that you couldn’t pair via Bluetooth, could you provide a screenshot of the corresponding error message?
Then we will conduct further troubleshooting.

I read your post and would like to make sure that you’re not trying to pair your Bluetti to your phone directly via the phone’s bluetooth like you would with a bluetooth speaker. Rather, you need to link your Elite 200 from the Bluetti app itself. When it is done there you can control the Elite 200 from the app, but you will never see it listed in your phone’s list of Bluetooth connected devices. Maybe you know that, but it was not clear from what you posted, so I hope this may help.
