I have two EB3A from two different generations. One EB3A23 one EB3A24 and I am using them in UPS mode to power a micro computer cluster with a power of 250W and another one the router, modem and root switch with a consumption of arround 100W . All worked well since October 2023 for EB3A23 and August 2024 for EB3A24. From arround one month EB3A24 is disconnecting randomly the AC output powering off my routing causing many problems. If I reconnect the AC from front button or BT app is starting again for some time , arround two or three days.
Both of them are up to date indicated in the application , both in UPS mode and ECO option not validated. No indicaton in the APP of Overload or nothing else since the one that is disconnecting the AC output is powering only arround of 100 W continuos

Could you please tell us the SN number and the current firmware version of the EB3A whose AC output shuts down randomly? We plan to push a new firmware to solve the problem.
