two D300s Units cycling through voltages producing no power. video link

Hi, I have two D300s and two AC500s connected to 6 b300s each.

Please help!

I hooked a shadeless series string of 6 250-watt panels to 1 string of the first D300s and

A string of 7 to the other d300s

When I used the panels in 3 series x 2 parallel before, I would get 500-1000 watts at about 90 volts.

. A voltmeter test prior to going through the d300/ gives stable voltages of 210 on one string and 240 on the other.

Now, when the series of strings go through the D300s, I get the video attached in both units, cycling through voltages with almost no output.

D300s cycling

Thanks

Nevermind, there was a typo in the printed manual that said turn parallel pv ON, when in fact it should be off and DC source should be “other” and not PV. If you turn parallel pv on, it changes the source back to PV.

I’ll just leave this post up since others may run into the same issue.
