Two challenges I need help with on my AC200MAX

  1. My solar suddenly stopped charging about three days ago. Thru the app I see the solar is connected but don’t see any details. On the AC200 Max’s screen I see 20.6 volts and 0 watts.

  2. When I plug something in to use AC power, the app usually doesn’t show how much power is being consumed. For example, my 56watt fan shows as zero.

Anyone at BLUETTI have any suggestions to fix my AC200MAX? Solar isn’t charging it anymore.

  1. Please change a solar charging cable to test.
  2. For AC200MAX, it is normal that it will display as zero when AC output is lower than about 60W.
