I have a ac 300 and b 300 that I got to run my RV. It’s a portable unit I have connected 3 100 w panels on the roof. This is a 30’ tow unit .
All I wanted to do is solar charge the unit and plug it into it’s shore line.
I’ve had the unit over 3 years and maybe it’s worked 6 months total.
I’ve been in communication with bluetti even sent the entire unit back to service department.
I’ve sent pictures txt email ect.
I’ve done everything they said to do to trouble shoot the unit. I can’t run off the RV shoreline I have to plug into the AC 300 for what I need to run.
I am now getting the runaround from them. (Oh when I sent the entire unit back they returned the ac300 and a new b300 back.)
They say that they can’t find my paperwork or what platform I bought it on.
I know it is a big enough for my RV but a lot of me displays are low d-bat drained d-bat, low voltage, voltage to hi ect.
I am totally frustrated, I had to go out but a generator and have spent enough on gas to buy 3 units.

You don’t by chance have some sort of surge suppressor in your RV that the power has to go through do you? If so, that can cause issues when plugging in your RV shore power plug directly to the AC300. When you say “plug it into it’s shoreline” I am guessing that you mean plugging the RV shoreline directly to the AC300. 300 watts for a large system like yours would be very undersized for recharging.

F___ me again.
I’m adding to my other comment.
Ok went through all the BS With customer service sent the unit back twice. Supposedly it was fixed. It was sent back one more time “there was a customer service person who was nice and getting back to me, Lynn.
But I just got the unit back Yesterday it was packed in the same package that I sent it in taped, the exact same way I taped it. The only thing different was the new mailing label that was attached. I took it out of the box touched nothing connected my solar panels applied the two large cables as told connected to solar panel connector as told it ran for approximately six hours, then drained completely.
For about nine hours today, I’ve had it plugged into My 4 W panels on my roof and For 100 W panels, The B300 came on one light on the charge bar showed the death ring blinked seven times. I looked everything up on Google and found that I could also plug it into my generator. My RV is connected to my generator and everything runs well so I plugged the AC 300 and B 300 the same way as before, but also plugged it in to my wall socket of my RV. And guess what nothing happened still on the one indicator mark on the bar and the death ring blinking either seven or five times I’m trying to get out of New Hampshire before it snows, but I’m so disappointed. I got a very expensive paperweight. If anybody has had the same trouble or knows of a different way to hook it up or anything besides blowing it up, could you please let me know? Thanks G

I’m so sorry for not getting back sooner but I’ve been dealing with customer service on this matter. I don’t know what to do. This is the third time my unit came back and went right to doing the same thing. I’ve checked everything I’m getting 23.5 on my meter coming from my panels. There’s four of them 200 W each. Also I plugged in for 100 W panels to the PV to connector so I have PV one going to my roof PV two going to the four 100.
Am Also plugged it into my RV inside receptacle. Still no go stays on for a while, then goes out.
With a gun to my head thank you if you know anything
