Question re: JP Apex300 model

I see the orange 120/240V button (US model) is called “Magic Button” over here and the manual has no reference to 200V or split phase.
Does this mean 100/200V split phase won’t be supported here by the Apex300?
Does this also mean that home integration using the A1 hub won’t be supported either?

Also, separate but related question: the JP Bluetti site shows the AC500 as discontinued. Hope that’s not the case …

Thank you.

@gbk
According to BLUETTI JP team’s reply:
Regarding the Japan-spec APEX 300, which only supports 100V, it is currently not compatible with the A1 Hub. Thank you for your feedback and support. Due to certification restrictions, we are unable to support 200V.
In the future, we will continue to focus on the Japanese market, striving to launch higher-quality new products and develop products that better meet the localized needs of Japanese households for energy storage.

@BLUETTI_CARE

Thank you for the reply.
I know the Japanese regulatory environment is not the easiest …
Anyhow, I guess it’s still possible to build a 200V split-phase system by using 2 AC300s or AC500s, which is what I did 2 years ago using a set of AC300s and AC500s (and I love it). Had to source some parts from the US though … Hope things mature/evolve …

Re: AC500: I believe your JP team mean it is temporarily “out of stock”, instead of being “discontinued” (the latter is what the Bluetti JP website seems to imply, I guess/hope by mistake) …

Thanks once again.

@gbk Regarding the JP spec AC500 inverter, it has been confirmed that production has been discontinued. :pleading_face:

@BLUETTI_CARE
Oh, that’s … disappointing.
Then looking forward to the new Apex500 with split-phase support for the JP market as well :).
And some decent new battery in the 3~4kWh range with prismatic 2nd gen LFP cells as worthy successors to the venerable B300 and B300S (let’s be honest, the B300K is not that) …
Pleeeeease …
