I am experiencing an issue with my Bluetti AC180P. When a load is applied, the screen starts flickering randomly. After some time of operating in this state (the duration varies each time), the station completely shuts down, including the 220V (AC) outputs. After a few seconds, the device powers on automatically, but the 220V (AC) outputs remain off. This issue occurs every time a load is connected. Occasionally, the station may operate normally for some time with the same load, but then the screen starts flickering again and the unit shuts down. There is no clear pattern to this behavior.

Regarding this issue, we would like to know if any error code appears on the app.
Does the problem still occur when the load is removed?
We suggest enabling Grid Self-adaption and disabling ECO mode before testing again. Does this resolve the issue?
If not, a repair service will have to be arranged.

The diagnostic confirmed a hardware failure of the control system. According to the service report, the Main Control Board (MCU) was replaced
