Hello BLUETTI Support,
I own a BLUETTI AC200L. My problem is that after the battery is fully discharged, the AC/DC output switches off. When the unit is charged again by solar or grid power, the output does not automatically switch back on.
I have read about the “System Switch Recovery” / “System Switch Memory” function. Could you please confirm whether this feature is available for the AC200L and, if necessary, push the required firmware update to my device?
My goal is that the previous output state is restored automatically after the unit restarts.
