System switch recovery for AC300

Hi @Yazz, the firmware for your AC300 has not been rolled out in bulk, and not all batches support the upgrade. Please provide the SN number of your AC300 and its current firmware version so that we can check for available firmware updates.

AC3002209000047658 v9014.12
And
AC3002439000135124 v9041.10

for Ac3002209000017658
arn v032.11

dsp v4054.04

for AC3002439000135124
ARM v4032.11
DSP v4054.04

I just realized I will be away next week so if a system restart is needed and can’t be done remotely I would like to wait until 02/01/26 for any changes. My parents won’t know what to do. LOL

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE , I would like to request the system recovery update for my AC300

Serial Number: AC3002230000148066
The current firmware is listed below:
IOT: v9014.12
ARM: v4037.07
DSP: v4036.30

Thank you!

Hi @Yazz, thank you for the update. Unfortunately, the production batch of your AC300 is not compatible with this firmware, so we are unable to push it to your device for the time being.
If you upgrade to a new model such as the Apex 300 in the future, it will fully support the System Switch Recovery function without the need for any firmware upgrade.

Hi @qugalet, I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

@BLUETTI_CARE and @Raymondjram,
Unfortunately, I am in the V.4032 crowd with THREE AC300’s. I am curious if there is any other limitations of being an early adopter of Bluetti Products for the AC300’s with the V.4032 units? For example, I am about to finally hookup two of my three AC300’s together and connect to 240V for AC in and eventually connect to an AC300 Reliant subpanel. Should I expect any type of connection concerns of the V4032 vs the V4037 units when connecting to the subpanel and/or linking them together? Thanks, Will

Hi,

Could I also get this please, started to see my AC300 randomly shut off after being at 20% for a while (in Time Control mode, with SoC set to 20-100%), ive had it before and had to send it in for repair, but this feature could help me live with it for a little longer!

S/N: AC3002221000968626
IOT: v9014.12
ARM: v4037.05 (Can upgrade to v4037.07 but havent yet, let me know if i should)
DSP: v4053.03

Thanks :)

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE

Can you activate it for my AC300?

SN is AC3002313002089016
Current firmware is ARM v4037.07

Hi… The upgrade went fine. We are now on the v4037.70 version. Didn’t yet trigger the low energy situation as i currently have plenty of sun. Is there some test i can do to validate it, appart from disconnecting the PV and letting the batteries dry out?

Thanks

Hi @n1k0p0l, thank you for your update.
Please note that AC output will only activate when the battery’s level more than 5%.

  1. When grid power is available, the output settings will resume as soon as the battery reaches 5%.

  2. When grid power is unavailable, the output settings will only resume if the battery reaches 5% and the output has remained off for at least 30 minutes.

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE, pls send new firmware (ARM v4037.70) to my AC300:

SN: AC3002307001003027
IOT Version: 9014.12
ARM Version: 4037.07
DSP Version: 4053.30

Here in Ukraine we must have an option that restore AC output after device shutdown and power recovering.
Thank you in advance!

Hi @qualia, thank you for contacting us.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 1 workday.
Please upgrade the firmware next Monday. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, I successfully updated the AC300, then completely discharged the station until the AC output was disconnected and after a few minutes applied grid power. Once the overall SoC reached 6% and each of the three connected B300Ks also reached 6% SoC, the station automatically restored AC output. Works perfectly, thank you very much!
