Check Detailed Error Code: Open the BLUETTI app, tap the SOC icon Battery Information Pack1 to see specific BMS error codes (like P003 or P051).
Restart the Unit: Power off the unit fully (hold the button until the screen goes blank), wait 10 minutes, and power it back on.
Allow Cooling:If the error happened while running heavy loads, let the unit sit for an hour to cool down before trying again.
Firmware Update Check in the app for any pending firmware updates, which can resolve bugs causing false alarms.
If the error persists, it likely indicates a defect requiring service
