my AC200MAX has the same problem as this user: Sudden loss of AC200MAX charge
I think, it needs also an firmware update. The AC200MAX was bought in Germany und is used now in Italy. The SN is 2226000592234.
Please provide me with an update. At the moment, none is shown in the app.
