Sudden battery discharge EP760 84%-0%

Hello Bluetti!

Today, I installed solar panels and connected them to the EP760. Everything was going perfectly, and the station recognized the voltage input on PV1.

However, approximately 6 hours later (about 2 hours after sunset), the mobile app displayed a low battery notification of 2%.

On the graph, it is visible that at 17:20 (5:20 PM) the charge level was 84%, and by 17:25 (5:25 PM) it was 0%.

After a complete reboot of the station, nothing changed; it proceeded to charge starting from 2%.

My maximum consumption was up to 3 kW, but the settings in the app are configured to stop discharging the battery at a minimum of 15%.

All systems were updated to the latest versions two weeks ago during the installation. I am constantly checking for updates.

(1) Press pro mode and Battery information to check each battery
cell voltage and temperature of battery pack. If cell voltage is
unbalanced, it means this battery pack is broken.
(2)Remove this bad battery pack and connect EP760 to other
normal battery packs.
10.How to solve error code P079 Precharge failure?
(1) If All battery is ok.Please turn off EP760 inverter and wait 5
minutes to check Ω in B+& B- port of EP760 If there is still have
error code P079.

How to enable Pro-mode?

Please get pro mode access as installer in link below
https://h5.bluettipower.com/app/apply-vip/index.html
(2)We will approve your request after receiving it on our system,
please wait patiently. Then you will see Pro mode after login APP.

One more question:
Currently, the solar panels have charged the battery to 100%, and the house’s power has switched to running on the battery.
I would like to preserve the charged battery until sunset, and during this time, power the house directly from the solar panels. Is it possible to change this somehow?
Because with the current setup, by the time the sun sets, I will be left with a discharged battery for the night.

Now I have this situation: Consumption is occurring, but the battery charge level is not dropping

Hello,
(1) Solar will auto stop when battery charge to 100% for battery
safe, solar will continue production when battery discharge under
100%.
(2) Enable “Feed into grid” and set SOC High under 94% in
advanced setting, then solar will continue production and feed
into grid when battery soc excess SOC High.
