My stats is not working since Sept. 6, 2024 on my AC500+2 B300S. Help.

Did you check, if you are on the newest firmware in the Bluetti App? Please update atleast the DSP Version.
If your are up to date, maybe @BLUETTI_CARE can push a firmware directly to your unit.
Also check if you wifi connection is strong and reliable

Hi @GeneVillareal, Our product development team has addressed it by creating new IoT firmware.
Could you please provide your AC500’s SN and current IoT versions? We want to fix this problem by upgrading the firmware.

Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
All fine now. The upgrade went thru via bluetooth after the 24th hour. Thank you much for a great help you all did
