ssue Enabling Grid Self-Adaptation Mode on AC300

Dear @BLUETTI Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue enabling the Grid Self-Adaptation mode on my AC300.

The mode does not activate properly. In the app, the button occasionally becomes available, but it immediately switches back to disabled status.

Device firmware versions:
IoT: v9041.10
ARM: v4037.07
DSP: v4053.03

AC3002310000101512

The grid voltage is usually around 210–220V, but occasionally drops to 190V.

Could you please advise:

  1. Under what conditions this mode can be activated?
  2. Whether low grid voltage may prevent it from being enabled?
  3. If any additional configuration or firmware update is required?
